That’s why we strive to make returns and exchanges as straightforward and hassle-free as possible (within our capabilities) at sarposhartgallery.

Our return policy allows you 7 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange if you change your mind. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy when requesting a return. 

Initiating the return/exchange process

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return the item using a trusted courier service and provide us with the tracking information. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
